Qualifications

Desired Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of NFCU products, services, programs, policies and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of NFCU's functions, philosophy, operations and organizational objectives.
  • Exposure to working in a high volume, fast paced environment.
  • Familiarity with collections related federal and state fair lending/consumer protection laws and regulations

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:30PM CST

Location: 5550 Heritage Oaks Drive Pensacola, FL 32526

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and field direct Collection phone calls.
  • Collect, maintain and distribute reports, correspondence, online messages and faxes.
  • Act as liaison between Collection business units in support of operational initiatives.
  • Track and update action items in database(s).
  • Complete data entry in automated systems.
  • Maintain hard copy and/or computer based files and records.
  • Operate and maintain vendor check equipment.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures regarding handling of financial documents, member info, and physical security.
  • Coordinate and complete specific loan adjustment sequences with the Collections' Loan Specialists.
  • Participate in projects, including testing of new systems.
  • Research for management, which includes simple data gathering and analysis.
  • Retrieve and direct after hour voice mail messages for the Collections Division.
  • Maintain and stock essential materials and supplies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
