IB OFF-CYCLE PROGRAM

Our IB Beijing Off-Cycle Interns will assist in creating and analyzing financial models, organizing and preparing client presentations, helping manage transaction processes, structuring transactions and assist in conducting due diligence sessions which are a necessary component of financial transactions, by organizing documents, collecting data, copying documents etc.

ASSIGNMENT DURATION 

• 13 Weeks (Start in February 2025)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor or Master's degree with an excellent academic record.
• Students in their penultimate or final year of study.
• A keen, long-term interest in investment banking
• Drive, enthusiasm, creativity and excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong quantitative and technical abilities
• An outstanding academic record. While not required, completion of course work in finance, economics and accounting can provide a valuable foundation for the position
• Personal integrity, initiative and leadership qualities
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
• Ability to work as part of a team in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
• Fluency in English (both written and oral)
• Proficient with suite of Microsoft Office software

About the program

Our Off-Cycle Program varies in length based on program/university for undergraduate students. You will be fully immersed in our day-to-day activities.

As a participant, you will:
