Department Overview

The Service Delivery Organization supports all Operations departments to develop and deliver a consistent client service strategy across Raymond James. The Service Delivery team provides reporting and analysis on service trends as well as support for our service tools including our telephony, knowledge management, and issue management tools

Seasonal Analyst Job Summary

As a member of the Service Delivery team, the Summer Associate will play a key role in reporting metrics and analyzing service trends across Raymond James Operations. The individual chosen will be working with leaders within the Voice of the Customer space. This may include but is not limited to projects and initiatives relating to surveys, analytics, case management, and email tools. The position also requires strong analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments to identify creative solutions to complex problems.



This is a temporary role.



Work Schedule: Up to 40 hours per week for a limited time, determined by department need.


Start Date: June 2, 2025


End Date: August, 8, 2025


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partners with associates to learn about our telephony system, business intelligence platform, and email mining application.

  • Utilizes various Raymond James platforms to identify trends and data that point to areas of improvement.

  • Presents key findings to leadership with resolution recommendations.

  • Specified projects and varied assignments relating to the Service.

  • Operates standard office equipment and uses required software applications.

  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Job Requirements

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements

  • Interested in process improvement, project management, and financial services.

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor%26rsquos or Master%26rsquos Degree in Finance or Business field with a graduate date of May 2025.


  • Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
