Department Overview

Carillon Family of Funds (%26ldquo;CFF%26rdquo;) is part of Raymond James Investment Management (%26ldquo;RJIM%26rdquo;), a wholly owned subsidiary of Raymond James Financial. The Carillon Family of Funds spans a range of investment objectives and asset classes designed for long-term investors.

Summer Associate Job Summary

The summer associate will work closely with the president of CFF and the VP of Fund Administration. The ideal candidate possesses intellectual curiosity, attention to detail and is excited to work in a collegial environment. This role calls for someone interested in understanding the mutual fund business.



The summer associate position is a temporary role.



Start Date: Monday, June 2, 2025


End Date: Friday, August 8, 2025


Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, up to 40 hours per week.



Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with review of documents like board materials, annual report, semi annual report for consistency and readability


    Assist with reviewing and documenting new rules and regulations for the new rule working group


    Assist with review of the website for accuracy and ease of navigation


    Assist with cleaning up of files and labeling folders/documents


    Assist with review of public sources of data (Morningstar, Bloomberg, etc.) to make sure all of our information is accurate. 


    Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 






Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of

  • Fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of a professional office environment.


Skill in

  • Proficient in Word and Excel. 

Ability to

    • Self-direct research and internal projects.


    • Be a self-starter who is comfortable in a less structured environment. 


    • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.


    • Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.


    • Establish and maintain effective working relationships.



Educational/Previous Experience Requirements
Education/Previous Experience

    • Pursuing a bachelor%26rsquos or master%26rsquos degree in business, finance, or related field. 


    • Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
