The Opportunity:
CACI is currently seeking an exceptional Business Systems Analyst to join our 508 Compliance Test team in support of the Web-Based Supply Chain Management System (WBSCM) for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and United States Agency for International Development (USAID). WBSCM is an SAP-based application solution that has been in production operation since 2010. The WBSCM solution continues to evolve in response to business requirements and continuous improvement cycles of the application and the underlying technology.
Responsibilities:- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with emphasis on clear, detailed Business Requirements and 508 Compliance Specifications
- Analyze testing specifications to develop and document test cases and 508 findings
- Experience in user requirement analysis, develop test scenarios, execution of test cases manually using OpenText ALM
- Maintain clear and concise communications with business analysts, developers, managers, and team members
- Provide support for 508 Compliance testing after a period of training on the use of scanning tools and processes
- Review 508 process and WBSCM training documentation as related to WBSCM system 508 compliance testing support
- Execute test processes and procedures used to ensure that software operates within defined 508 requirements
- Identify and investigate issues found during testing. Prioritize and mark the level (A, AA, or AAA) on the valid issues. Work closely with software developers to review Section 508/WCAG compliance defects and discuss possible resolutions
- Compile reports concerning failures in Section 508/WCAG compliance and ways to remediate. Monitor resolution of Section 508/WCAG compliance violations.
- Educate others on how to implement and test web pages and applications for Section 508 / WCAG compliance. Provide expert advice to other teams testing web pages and applications for Section 508/WCAG compliance. Assist project teams with understanding how Section 508 and accessibility activities fit within the project life cycle.
- Stay updated on the latest Section 508/WCAG testing and automated tool information.
Qualifications:Required:- At least three (3) years of experience in customer support for an application, technical software, or hardware service desk environment, preferably in an SAP/ERP environment.
- Experience with Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) processes for Service Operation (Incident Management, Problem Management, Event Management, Access Management, Request Fulfillment)
- Excel in communicating solutions to external users and in working collaboratively with teammates
- Work with both technical and non-technical users to convey appropriate solutions based on the user’s level of understanding
- Ability to work independently and within a team, and the ability to successfully work with concurrent deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills demonstrated through previous experience interacting with business analysts, developers, and end users
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Desired:- Experience with SAP Supply Chain Management Systems (SAP Enterprise Portal, SAP ECC, SAP CRM, SAP SRM, SAP BI) and familiarity with multiple SAP user interface types.
- Familiar with software implementation cycles - from concept planning/assessment, configuration, development, documentation, testing, thru to deployment delivery and post Go-Live support.
- Experience with Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow, OpenText ALM, Microsoft SharePoint and Teams
- Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 3+ years of related experience.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
