Job Description:

The Opportunity: CACI's Ascent Vision Technologies (AVT) team in Belgrade, MT is looking to hire a Senior Sales Account Manager to join their team as part of the Spectrum Superiority Line of Business. AVT manufactures best-in-class gyro-stabilized gimbal systems designed for a wide variety of ground, maritime, and aerial-based applications. We specialize in fully integrated solutions for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, and counter drone operations for the defense and aerospace industry.

Our pioneering systems are supporting airborne, ground, and maritime missions around the world. As Sales Engineer, you will play a significant role in continuing to advance AVT within our industries and driving strategic growth of the organization, particularly in the areas of military-grade optics, software, integrated counterUAS and ground based ISR systems. You will be an expert in knowledge of AVT & CACI’s businesses, the industry segment, and be able to leverage AVT’s strengths to build relationships and grow the brand by driving strategies to achieve business results, maximizing sales, profitability, and growth.

Responsibilities:

Focus on AVT initiatives to drive growth through market expansion, product expansion, and new technology development.

Create an environment of unified vision between the customer, AVT, and CACI’s broader business development team and CACI’s products and services groups.

Establish productive, professional relationships with key customers.

Qualifications:

Required:

10+ years of Sales and/or Business Development experience.

7+ years of industry related sales, sales management, or defense contract experience in the DoD market.

Proven track record of developing sales pipelines, exceeding quotas, and year-over-year growth.

Senior-Level understanding of the marketplace and trends, able to find solutions to shortcomings in sales numbers through actively managing opportunities.

Ability to interact with the customer to understand and translate customer requirements to AVT engineering requirements.

Understanding of foreign militaries and partnering relationships.

Ability to brief product portfolio to all levels within DoD and foreign militaries.

Ability to travel on short notice to support customer engagements and product demonstrations.

Desired:

Bozeman, MT location is preferred, but not required

Global / International experience is a plus

Active Security Clearance

Experience with sales, front-end of the business, Face-to-Face customer interactions

Familiarity with optics and photonics and/or C-UAS domain

Familiar with data analytics market trends and applications

Enjoys working with people, developing relationships and sharing knowledge

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-stakes environment

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$86,800-$191,000
