The Opportunity: 

Join CACI as the prime contractor on a growing program supporting NAVSEA 03D3 Digital Program Office as an Administrative Assistant supporting the Navy Maintenance and Modernization Enterprise Solution (NMMES), a critical program supporting over 45,000 users executing Navy ship and submarine maintenance operations worldwide. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform specialized administrative duties relating to typing, word processing, and graphics illustration using computers with minimal direction 

  • Operate reproduction equipment to produce large volumes of documents 

  • Provide courier service and mail service support 

  • Maintain personnel and other files with high attention to detail 

  • Prepare correspondence, schedule and coordinate travel arrangements 

  • Assist in the preparation of documents and support the development of contract deliverables and reports 

  • Integrate graphics generated with automated tools into deliverable documents 

  • Support program staff across multiple facilities and locations 

Qualifications: 

Required: 

  • Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret clearance

  • High School Diploma 
  • At least 7 years of experience in administrative support or related area 

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment 

  • Experience with filing systems and records management 

Desired: 

  • Experience working in DoD/Navy programs or similar government environments 

  • Familiarity with government documentation requirements and formats 

  • Experience with graphics software and tools 

  • Knowledge of travel arrangement procedures for government personnel 

Additional Information: 

This position offers an opportunity to support a critical Navy program in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision while supporting multiple team members and initiatives. 

Note: Position supports NMMES software suite sustainment, including legacy software applications and current web application technologies running on multiple operating systems. Must be comfortable working in a complex, global IT environment.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$39,500-$79,000
