The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our site in Lexington Park, MD. This is an entry level position for a candidate interested in growing in the field of business administration and project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general Executive administrative support across various projects and for the site directly.

  • Monitor phone and email correspondence and respond to requests in a timely manner.

  • Greet guests and customers as the first point of contact and assign security badges per protocols.

  • Assist in identifying and managing facility needs as scheduled and as needed.

  • Coordinate calendar management for Director and Deputy, room scheduling, and agenda planning.

  • Record and distribute meeting minutes.

  • Provide assistance in ordering supplies when needed.

  • Support the development and execution of employee engagement functions.

  • Track and reinforce due dates of various items across projects.

  • Create and edit documentation on multiple platforms, including the Microsoft Office software suite.

  • Receive and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for delivery.  

  • Coordinate and deliver deliverables for multiple contracts.

  • Assist with travel coordination and expensing reimbursements.

  • Work closely with finance with project funding.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret clearance

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with three years’ experience

  • Experience with admin duties

​Desired:

  • Experience with SharePoint or other digital collaboration environment

  • Experience supporting government and/or DoD projects.

  • Associate Degree in Business, Administration or a Technical Discipline

Pay Range:

This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location.​

 

Minimum Required Hourly Wage:

$21.56
