General Summary:
JOB FUNCTION:
We are seeking for Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineers with excellent design skills who will be contributing in a team environment in the development of high-speed/high-performance mixed-signal IPs in advanced CMOS processes. You will use your skills as an Integrated Circuit designer while applying them to a vast array of process technologies, system applications for a variety of SoC products, including Smart phones, Smart books, WiFi, 10G Base-T Ethernet, Voice/Music, Audio CODEC, Fingerprint, Automotive and other consumer electronic devices.
These designs include analog circuits and systems containing , analog filters, high bandwidth low noise VGA, LDO, precision references, comparators, and audio amplifiers, etc.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Apply your analog integrated circuit design and verification expertise to the development of mobile communication systems, WiFi, 10G Base-T Ethernet, Audio CODEC, Fingerprint, Automotive and wired peripherals.
- Circuits of interest are: Ring or LC-tank based VCO/PLLs, SAR ADC, Sigma-Delta Modulator, DACs, High speed SerDes PHY Transmitters and Receivers, DDR PHYs, continuous time and switched-cap filters, Audio class AB/D/G/H amplifiers, voltage regulators, Bandgap and precision references. Low voltage and low power CMOS design techniques in nanometer technologies are emphasized.
- Perform analog and mixed-signal modeling and verification tasks, both at IP and chip level.
- Work together with layout engineers to optimize circuit performance.
- Trouble-shooting and debug in Labs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- MS or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Analog/Mixed signal circuit design, verification, or related research experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years MSEE or 1+ years PhD of professional experience in the transistor level design of analog or mixed-signal integrated circuits
- ADC/DAC design experience
- PLL design experience
- SerDes PHY Design experience
- Class AB/D/G/H Audio Design Experience
- Bandgap, LDO, Switching Regulator
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.OR
Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field.
