You’ll be reviewing various reports related to payments, and when they’re wrong, you’ll make sure they get fixed. Our financials can get a bit complicated, and we have a few government regulations we’ve got to comply with as well. But our finance team is the best in the business—so join the team that keeps our financial operations accurate, compliant, and running like clockwork.
Balancing accounts and reports related to payments.
Researching discrepancies and fixing errors.
Working with internal and external resources to resolve variances in a timely way.
Working on special projects when they come up.
You’re organized and detail oriented. You can work independently, but you’re also able to collaborate across functions. You’re comfortable with data, and you’ve got a knack for spotting errors. You take a lot of pride in your work, and that’s why people count on you to deliver.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
Experience with payment processes and controls.
Knowledge of payment types (like mail, ACH, EDI, or credit card), and the rules for each.
