Job Description:

The Opportunity:

- You as an Engineer will maintain and enhance existing applications and GUIs in the Connectivity offering

o Connectivity application on monitors NSA backbone network (GUI component)

o NetFlow and Port Security dashboard adjudicates STE compliance for all agency network equipment (GUI component)

o SNMP GUI configures and tracks SNMP poller used for Port Security

o SNMP poller polls configuration and performance metrics for STE and Connectivity

o NetFlow collector collects and reports NetFlow

o Support activities for all the above tools and services

Responsibilities:

o GUI track

o Maintain and enhance GUI frontend for Connectivity, NetFlow & Port Security dashboard, and the SNMP GUI

o Some backend support in Typescript to support new and enhanced features

o Application developer track

o Maintain poller, collectors, and data ingest functions using Java and Python

o Database management (MongoDB, Postgres or similar)

Required Qualifications:

o Experience in Java

o Familiarization with Haipe

o Experience in Python

o Experience in Full stack

o IAT Level 2 Certification

Clearance:

TS/SCI with polygraph

Education:

o 12 years minimum experience and a High school Diploma/GED

o 10 years minimum experience and an Associate’s degree

o 8 years minimum experience and a Bachelor’s degree

o 6 years minimum experience and a Master’s degree

o 4 years minimum experience and a Doctorate’s degree

Desired Qualifications:

o Typescript, angular 10+, and Java.

o MongoDB, Kubernetes (Docker)

o Relational databases (MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, Sybase, etc…)

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$94,400 - $198,300
