The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for an Architecture and Engineering Manager to support our customer, U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), in Omaha Nebraska. This position is contingent upon award of the STRATCOM Information Technology and Lifecycle Services (SCITLS) program
Responsibilities:
Create, manage, maintain, and distribute System, Functional, and Domain Metamodels for use during all aspects and phases of capability and lifecycle engineering activities across the USSTRATCOM portfolio.
Develop and curate a Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP) in coordination with the government Architecture and Engineering team that covers the entire portfolio under the USSTRATCOM C4IT Directorate area of Responsibility.
The manage will be responsible for ensuring that standards and processes and maintained in accordance with DoD and USSTRATCOM policy, such as DoD Directive 5137.02, DoDI 5000.82, and SI 301-6 through all phases of architecture and engineering activities
Qualifications:
Required:
A current TS clearance with SCI eligibility
Possess Open Group Certified Architect (Open CA) at the Distinguished level (3)
Possess Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) credential
A minimum of five years’ experience within the last 10 years, engineering complex IT systems.
Desired:
Possess certifications as directed by DoDD 8140.x Advanced level.
A minimum of five years’ experience within the last ten years in Systems Architecture and MBSE.
Experience with DoDAF.
Experience utilizing architecture tools such as SPARX EA or Cameo.
Experience with complex system of systems engineering practices.
Experience with tool automation and integration technical auditing.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
