Your Impact

In your role on the Marcus Deposits Hiring Strategy team, you will be responsible for supporting the high volume recruitment of our Delivery team. The customer focused contact center is the front line of the business and ensuring we are sufficiently resourced is critical in supporting the growth of the business. In this role you will support the hiring teams and recruiters across India, UK and US, ensuring we are keeping on track to meet our hiring goals.

Responsibilities

  • System updates: data entry, system updates - ensuring they align to the business requirements 
  • Tracking: ensuring we keep track of open roles, status of candidates and identify any bottlenecks or roadblocks
  • Data quality: ensuring recruitment data is correctly aligned to level, location and department
  • Communication: raising concerns on roles that are falling behind to appropriate stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with aligned skills 
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong judgment and comfort with handling multiple project deadlines

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience dealing with large data sets (structured or unstructured)
  • Experience with contact centers 
  • Experience with hiring lifecycle
