In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and controls to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and its reputation. For every new product launched and every trade executed, it is Operations that develops and manages the processes and controls that enable business flow.

Within Operations, Asset Wealth Management (AWM) delivers asset management and wealth management capabilities to clients around the world. We are a multi-faceted group that partners with all areas of the Investment Management Segment to support evolving markets and business requirements. Alongside that vital service delivery role, AWM Operations provides essential risk management and control.

YOUR IMPACT

Are you looking to apply your functional, project & people management skills while deepening your understanding of the Private Wealth Management business? Our Client Reporting Team is seeking a professional who is looking to lead a team which will be collaborating with other stakeholders in the firm to ensure the accuracy of data in the Private Wealth Management systems while building expertise in Client Reporting. 

OUR IMPACT

The Client Reporting team works closely with Private Wealth Management Business, Compliance, Technology, and other Operations teams globally to ensure data on client mailings is accurate and transmitted to clients in a timely manner. Additionally, team members are the primary point of contact for PWM Client Reporting questions from PWM Business. 

JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Build a comprehensive understanding of the PWM systems and Client Reporting and Italy Statement reporting activities in order to provide oversight across related functions 
  • Ensure the team is delivering a high standard client service in their roles partnering with PWM Business to ensure client statements and mailings are delivered in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Manage and oversee the team’s ability to liaise with PWM Business, Technology, and other Operation teams to ensure data is reported accurately on the PWM Systems, Monthly Client Statements, Regulatory Reports and Mailings. 
  • Assess and streamline processes in order to mitigate risk or control issues and generate efficiencies 
  • Act as a mentor and coach in your people management responsibilities 
  • Drive strategic business planning for the team 
  • Build and manage relationships with key project stakeholders

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) SharePoint & JIRA proficiency
  • Have a proven track record in excellent people management skills and ability to influence key stakeholders outside their direct control
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Proven analytical and problem solving ability
  • Great organization skills - ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize accordingly and make decisions as required
  • Be highly collaborative, team-oriented and a strong consensus builder
  • Be a strategic thinker, able to lead project working groups, possessing strong facilitation and data gathering skills, and able to provide creative & innovative solutions 
  • Strong business analysis and planning skills
  • Demonstrate confidence in interaction with senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrate understanding of business processes and procedures and an ability to learn quickly – knowledge of processes related to Operations or the Financial Services industry would be an advantage
  • Previous experience ideally from financial services and / or management consulting
