Job Responsibilities

Private Wealth Management’s Client Engagement Event Operations

  • Support the project management and planning operations of all Private Wealth Management Client Engagement events, inclusive of leading event timeline creation and milestone tracking, development and deployment of internal communications, development of event invitations, facilitation of compliance approvals, and attendance status management across the Salesforce and CVENT platforms
  • Support cross-functional internal team with the facilitation, build, review and maintenance of guest-facing registration sites on CVENT
  • Support deployment of post-event client and advisor feedback surveys, in alignment with data collection and ROI tracking
  • Support management of overall event wins and client feedback tracker across quantitative and qualitative data points
  • Lead the creation and ongoing maintenance of event ROI dashboards, on a weekly and monthly basis

Private Wealth Management’s Client Engagement Event Planning  

  • Support the project management and planning of all event speaker engagement opportunities, inclusive of SEEHub speaker input and approval management, facilitation of internal review of speaker releases, coordinating speaker prep calls and logistics, creating speaker briefer templates and additional event-related materials such as speaker notecards and confidence monitor decks
  • Support the outreach and compilation of all event attendee briefers, inclusive of template management by event type, team outreach, and data analyzation

Other Responsibilities

  • Support the team on ad hoc requests and projects to advance the objectives and mission of the PWM Marketing and Client Engagement Team

Basic Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience; marketing preferable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral 
  • Highly collaborative, team-oriented, and strong consensus builder with confidence in interaction with senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and across complex organizations; able to manage and execute effectively on multiple, time-sensitive projects with a keen sense of urgency
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented problem-solver who is able to employ leadership, critical thinking and time management skills
  • Familiarity with business tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in Financial Services industry and/or Marketing function preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with CVENT event platform preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM platform preferred but not required
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) required
