What you’ll be doing…
As the Associate Director, Tech Process Management within the Business Enablement organization, you will be responsible for leading the team of Technology product and process managers to drive end to end value chain for solutions in Customer AI solutions in Commercial ( Verizon Consumer Group and Verizon Business Group) . In terms of accountability, You will lead a specific product area for Verizon Business Group (VBG). You will be a strategic leader, responsible for engaging with business stakeholders, understanding their needs, and translating them into innovative AI-powered solutions. This role requires you to understand end user needs, play a critical role in how the solution is evolved along with being accountable for delivering incremental value.
An ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and strategic thinking skills above and beyond the technical knowledge and leadership skills required for this position.
Build and Manage the Team
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of AI Product Managers and Process Managers
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that encourages experimentation and continuous learning.
Set clear goals and expectations for team members, providing regular feedback and coaching to support their professional development.
Delegate effectively and empower team members to own their workstreams.
Manage team performance, conducting performance reviews and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Champion a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement within the team.
Deliver Business Outcomes & Influence Business Partners
Define and own key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI products and initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Drive the product roadmap to deliver measurable business value, demonstrating a clear return on investment (ROI).
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, Data science, MLE,CIO, and business, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing adoption.
Build strong relationships with business partners across the organization, acting as a trusted advisor on AI product strategy and capabilities.
Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and product vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proactively identify and address business challenges and opportunities where AI can provide innovative solutions.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in AI product management, continuously seeking ways to improve product performance and impact.
Elevate the Product & Agile Practice
Champion a product-led culture, driving a deep understanding of user needs and market trends to inform product strategy and roadmap.
Define and implement best practices for AI product management, ensuring alignment with agile methodologies and principles.
Continuously evaluate and improve the product development process, identifying and implementing opportunities for increased efficiency and innovation.
Promote a data-driven approach to product development, leveraging analytics and user feedback to inform product decisions and measure success.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in AI, identifying opportunities to enhance existing products and develop new, innovative solutions.
Mentor and coach other product managers on the team, sharing knowledge and best practices to elevate the overall product management discipline within the organization.
Advocate for the adoption of new tools and technologies that can enhance the product development process and improve team efficiency.

We’re looking for a passionate and seasoned AI Product Manager to spearhead the creation and implementation of groundbreaking AI solutions.
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Five or more years of proven experience applying data science principles to solve real-world business problems.
Demonstrated experience in AI product management, successfully bringing AI products from ideation to launch and beyond.
Proven track record of applying data science principles to solve complex business problems within the context of AI product development.
Proven ability to translate deep customer experience domain knowledge into actionable insights, identify high-value use cases, and align product strategies to drive measurable business outcomes
Demonstrated success in collaborating with business stakeholders to identify and implement AI-driven solutions that directly address key business challenges, leveraging data and insights to measure and communicate impact on KPIs.
Track record of successfully managing and delivering AI products.
Skilled at translating complex AI concepts into clear and concise executive-level presentations, effectively conveying key findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior leadership.
Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience in leading data management and data analysis activities.
Experience interacting and collaborating deeply with other lines of business & the ability to work across cross cultural teams.
Experienced with A/B and Multivariate testing, and should be able to provide recommendations accordingly.
Good knowledge on the Agile and process management which is the foundation for the product management.
Exposure to GenAI and Prompt engineering.
