Snapdragon Ride is an integral pillar of our Snapdragon Digital Chassis, and since its launch it has gained momentum with a growing number of global automakers and Tier1 suppliers. Snapdragon Ride aims to address the complexity of autonomous driving and ADAS by leveraging its high-performance, power-efficient SoC, industry-leading artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and pioneering vision and drive policy stack to deliver a comprehensive, cost and energy efficient systems solution.
We are looking for smart, innovative, and motivated individuals to lead our ADAS SW platform Integration project with strong SW background and programming experience with languages such as C/C++. The chosen candidate will be part of the ADAS software architect team working for a leading Indian car manufacturer, with the opportunity to work on advanced L2+ level ADAS technology
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.Software Architect works on mapping software with tier1 hardware.
• Feature break down to Epics with detail description to support the software team.
• Lead function software concepts definition together with area experts for Adaptive AUTOSAR based Automated Driving software platform.
• Backlog preparation for all the features and support with technical clarifications
• Support software team members with technical clarification, code review, alternative options
• Support break down software concepts into implementation stories
• Contribute to software product development , performance optimization and KPI measurements.
• Have a hands on approach in implementing improvements on current solutions.
• Review and approve technical solutions.
• Mentor, coach and improve the technical capability of development teams
• Assist the software lead in technical brainstorming sessions with the tier 1 team
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics or equivalent.
• Minimum of 12+ years of relevant work experience.
• Deep knowledge of (C++ (14/17) and Python.
• Good understanding of Automotive Domain and details on ECU communication
• Software development for UNIX platforms (e.g. Linux, QNX).
• SW-Quality Analysis Tooling (e.g. SonarQube, Klocwork, Clang-Tidy, Valgrind, etc.)
• ASPICE, ISO26262 standard knowledge.
• Adaptive AUTOSAR configuration and application development.
• Hands-on experience with software and software platforms integration.
• Experience with SW tools such as Git, Jira, Google Test, Bazel, Artifactory, CI.
• Experience with UML design.
Nice to have:
• Previous SW development experience for ADAS domain.
• Service oriented communication (e.g SOME/IP).
• Good knowledge and usage experience of Design patterns.
• Coding Standards (e.g. MISRA for C++
