Today, we serve millions of customers across multiple products, leveraging innovative design, data, engineering and other core capabilities to provide customers with powerful tools and products that are grounded in value, transparency and simplicity.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
The US Deposits Marketing Retention team is responsible for building experiences and communications that help drive prospect conversion and existing customer stickiness. We’re a data driven team that’s hyper-focused on the customer lifecycle; we use customer behaviors and perceptions to help build engagement campaigns that drive product adoption and loyalty while reducing churn.
As a Retention Marketing Associate, you’ll leverage data and customer research/insights to recommend new marketing strategies and campaigns to retain our large portfolio of customers. This means building GTM plans for new product offerings/launches, defining key segments of customers to target in partnership with our analytics team, briefing creative teams, ensuring proper testing & controls, and reviewing campaign analytics.
Ideal candidates will have experience building customer loyalty programs that intelligently identify when to provide product offers organically within the customer lifecycle, ultimately driving product affinity and customer retention. The candidate should be able to work across a variety of different marketing channels including email, SMS, Push, and print and understand the nuances of each. Bonus points if you have experience working in a content marketing capacity.
