The Opportunity:As a Business/ Financial Analyst, you will be integral to our financial planning and reporting processes. Your role will involve analyzing, interpreting, and reporting on financial and operational data to support and guide decision-making.You'll have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that business and financial data is accurate, timely, and actionable.This role offers the chance to engage in problem-solving, develop financial models, and enhance business processes. Responsibilities:As a Business/Financial Analyst in this position, your primary responsibilities will include:Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze, interpret, and report on financial and operational data to guide strategic decisions.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate financial performance against plans, budgets, and forecasts. Identify variances and provide recommendations for corrective actions.Staffing: Monitor and evaluate staffing against plans, task-level requirements, and forecasts. Identify variances to management.Travel: Prepare travel requests for submission to government clients. Monitor and evaluate travel requests against plans,budgets, and forecasts.
