The Opportunity:

CACI has a great opportunity for a Business Operations Specialist. The Business Operations Specialist is responsible for providing transactional, administrative, and repeatable services to the organization in an efficient and timely manner.

This position will work in a collaborative environment to support a broad range of contractual program teams, maintain relationships with government customers and prime contractors, and under some supervision, reviews contract and task order awards and modifications for contracts database data entry and management.

This position is located at our business complex in Oklahoma City.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiates NDAs, TAs, and contractual terms

  • Reviews and analyzes new contracts and modifications for agreement and consistency with proposals

  • Enters contract information into contracts database

  • Manages the contract through the contract’s term

  • Communicates with various points of contact to fulfill required maintenance on contracts

  • Ensures corporate compliance by following internal policies and procedures

    Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of a degree

  • 3 years of relevant work experience

  • Proficient with Microsoft tools

  • Operate with a sense of urgency

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong sense of customer service

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Strong communication, both written and verbal

  • Adaptability and flexibility

  • Strong attention to detail

    Desired:

  • Strong writing skills

  • Ability to negotiate effectively

  • Ability to apply sound judgment to audit responses and customer relationships
  • US Government contracting knowledge is a plus

  • Effectively communicate with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and executives

  • Good organizational and time management skills

    Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.     The proposed salary range for this position is:

    $47,100 - $96,500
