The Opportunity:
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented business/systems analyst T3 to join our team. The ideal candidate will support senior analysts in researching, analyzing, and developing policy recommendations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in policy analysis and contribute to the development of impactful policies.
Candidate will provide support for DoDIN Modernization Infrastructure support including DoDNet 4th Estate Network Optimization (4ENO) eff orts, and other eff orts related to infrastructure support.

Assist in conducting research and analysis on policy issues.
Qualifications:
Required:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) with 5 years generalized experience related to this position.
Strong analytical and research skills. Need for excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to support multiple logistical tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Familiarity with policy analysis methodologies and techniques is a plus. Experience with SharePoint and Office 365 tools such as PowerApps is a plus. Experience with business intelligence and reporting solutions preferred. Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies is a plus.
Desired Qualifications:
Previous experience supporting DoD CIO or a MILDEP is beneficial, especially having experience in a policy analysis role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills needed.
Helpful Experience:
Experience or awareness of data centers, federal IT strategy and implementation on would be helpful. Experience with network operations in federal sector, preferably DoD.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
