Job Description:

The Opportunity:

CACI's Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in support of the Naval Education Training Command (NETC). NETC develops the Naval Total Force (NTF) through education and training that builds personal, professional and leadership skills by tailoring training delivery to the individual and provides access when and where needed through optimal use of technology. Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for facilitating the process to collect and define client requirements.  Provides advice and recommendations on process best practices.  Performs analysis on business or systems processes to identify improvements.  Works with clients to understand and define needs and develop and recommend solutions.  Interacts and communicates with end-users.

management, vendors, and IT personnel.  Produces functional design specifications based on user requirements.  Maintains deep knowledge of Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, and Momentum). Performs configuration and designs functional solutions (e.g., reports, interfaces, workflows, and extensions) for specific application and third-party systems.

You will provide Cyber Security services commensurate with supporting technical tasks necessary to manage the wide range of IT programs that support the NETC Mission, with focus on identifying the Cyber Security services necessary to accomplish the administration and management requirements of NETC IT programs and provide the necessary response to numerous IT compliance taskings mandated by various departments within the Navy, the Office of Secretary of Defense, and the Congress of the United States. 

Qualifications:

 

  • Typically has a University Degree or equivalent.
  • Two years minimum of working experience in Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Problem solving and Business Process Improvement.
  • Requires active SECRET Clearance.

Desired:

  • Previous work experience in Cyber Security.
  • Security + CE certification may be required.

$43,500 - $86,900
