The Opportunity:

CACI's Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in support of the Naval Education Training Command (NETC). NETC develops the Naval Total Force (NTF) through education and training that builds personal, professional and leadership skills by tailoring training delivery to the individual and provides access when and where needed through optimal use of technology. You will provide IT Operations services commensurate with supporting technical tasks necessary to manage the wide range of IT programs that support the NETC Mission. Identifying the Operations services necessary to accomplish the administration and management requirements of NETC IT programs and provide the necessary response to numerous IT compliance taskings.

You will provide NMCI and network, systems and database administration, and business intelligence architecture services in support of the IT Training OPS requirements.  Support the IT training OPS by providing the necessary response to numerous IT compliance tasking mandated by various departments within the Navy, the Office of Secretary of Defense, and the Congress of the United States. 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for facilitating the process to collect and define client requirements.  Provides advice and recommendations on process best practices.  Performs analysis on business or systems processes to identify improvements.  Works with clients to understand and define needs and develop and recommend solutions.  Interacts and communicates with end-users. Management, vendors, and IT personnel.  Produces functional design specifications based on user requirements.  Maintains deep knowledge of Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, and Momentum). Performs configuration and designs functional solutions (e.g., reports, interfaces, workflows, and extensions) for specific application and third-party systems.

Qualifications: 

Required:

Typically has a University Degree or equivalent.

Six years minimum of working experience in IT supplies/logistics, customer service, production, data entry, computer operations.

Active Secret Security Clearance

Security+ or CE certification or equivalent may be required.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$61,600 - $129,300
