Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Camera Solution Principal Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading and driving the development and optimization of Qualcomm camera solutions, while working closely with customers to help them achieve product mass production. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, have a deep understanding of industry trends, and be highly familiar with the camera software stack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the camera solution team, developing technical roadmaps and project plans
- Design, develop, and optimize the camera software stack
- Work with customers to provide technical support and assist in achieving product mass production
- Participate in technical reviews and problem-solving for camera solutions
- Stay updated with the latest industry technologies and trends, driving innovation and technological advancements
- Provide technical guidance and training to enhance the overall technical level of the team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related fields
- Over 10 years of experience in camera solution development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Deep understanding of the camera software stack, including image processing, algorithm optimization, and driver development
- Familiarity with Qualcomm platforms and related development tools
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Innovative thinking and the ability to solve complex problems
- Ability to work closely with customers and provide technical support
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 8+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 7+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
• 4+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
