Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a strong Citrix Administrator – AWS to join our team for a long-term contract through 2027. The Citrix Administrator will be responsible for supporting the managed service provider (MSP) for Army IT Systems and application migration into AWS. This role is fully remote five days a week. Applicants must hold an active secret clearance and have strong experience in supporting applications from a migration, modernization, and sustainment in an AWS environment.

Responsibilities of the Citrix Administrator - AWS:

•       Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure to facilitate customer application support (IaaS).

•       Manage the day-to-day operations of the Citrix environment and secure Citrix services in line with industry standards and government cybersecurity regulations.

•       Diagnose and resolve Citrix-related issues and significant updates within the AWS ecosystem and Citrix software.

•       Craft and update technical documentation for systems, infrastructure, and processes.

•       Create, deploy, and manage IaCs for Citrix service deployment and maintenance.

•       Investigate and resolve customer application problems, encompassing network, storage, OS, and application layers.

•       Administer the Amazon AWS Portal for ALTESS cloud clients, including resource management and alert configuration.

Qualifications for the Citrix Administrator - AWS:

•       10+ years of experience in cloud security engineering (RHEL and SAP environments)

•       Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or equivalent field and relevant experience in Citrix infrastructure environment

•       Sec+ (Or equivalent IA certification) and computing environment certification

•       Extensive experience with Oracle Enterprise Linux and Red Hat Enterprise Linux at a senior level.

•       Proficient in automation and Infrastructure as Code, with expertise in Terraform and Ansible Automation Platform and developing cloud system requirements (AWS and Azure)

•       Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

•       Advanced troubleshooting skills covering the full technology stack, including network, storage, server, and applications.

Preferred Qualifications for the Citrix Administrator - AWS:

•       Amazon Certified Cloud Practitioner or AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.

•       Senior level Cloud Engineer experience IaaS and PaaS

•       Knowledge of server technologies, network concepts, IAVM, and automation tools and scripting languages

Compensation of the Citrix Administrator - AWS:

• Salary Range: 85,000-100,000 **depending on experiences**
