CACI's Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector is seeking a Test Engineering in support of Enterprise Testing Services for MyNavy HR. If you are a motivated individual looking to be a part of a critical mission, CACI would like to speak with you!

Responsible for determining optimal approach to testing complex products or solutions in order to assure compliance with applicable specifications. This includes identifying and recommending product or solution characteristics that optimize their ability to be tested or to provide test data for diagnostic purposes. Combines customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledges technical, schedule and cost constraints. Develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for completing systems. Coordinates integrated testing activities. Reviews and evaluates test requirements to ensure completeness of test program. Performs technical analysis of complete systems and prepares comprehensive system level evaluations.

Plans/establishes or works to achieve goals and objectives for the team, with direct impact on the immediate- or short-term operational results, reports to the Test Engineering Program Manager.   What You’ll Get to Do:

The effort encompasses functional “end user” evaluation of multiple development activities across the MyNavy HR ES. Specifically, providing support for testing in the planning, preparation and evaluation of transformation software, to include afloat capabilities, to ensure that capabilities delivered are in compliance with all business rules and that they achieve all functional requirements.   Furthermore, will provide testing support that ensures that the needs of the functional business owner are satisfied, defects and suitability concerns from the end user are identified, and requirements are met. 

  • You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
  • Requires Bachelor’s Degree in mathematics, statistics, business, law, engineering, social sciences, physical/applied sciences or management discipline such as business administration, accounting, finance, economics or management information technology and 10 years of experience in Test Engineering, Business Process Reengineering, Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Problem Solving and Content Management.   

Requires the ability to influence others outside of own job area on policies, practices and procedures.  Must have an understanding and ability to apply standards, principles, theories, and technical concepts and knowledge of Navy Personnel data and business rules and must have prior Test Engineering experience.

Requires active SECRET Clearance.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,700 - $165,300
