Summary of the Position:

The Client Services Representative - Fulfillment & Close position is responsible for the quality review of documents for the Private Banking loan process and provides exemplary service and support to our clients and internal partners. The job is a demanding one that requires extreme attention to detail and an acute awareness and understanding of the documents to be reviewed. This position must partner effectively with the full Sales organization, Portfolio Management, Internal and External Counsel, Compliance, and all other authorized parties affiliated with Private Banking loan documentation in order to deliver a premier client experience.

Primary Functions of the Position:

%26middot; Have a working knowledge and understanding of all the documents that are reviewed for new and existing loans

%26middot; Ensures that the proper documents have been prepared accurately and precisely based upon the supporting documentation

%26middot; Works closely with all members of the Private Bank Fulfillment and Production Teams in supporting client requests

%26middot; Partners effectively with relationship managers, inside sales representatives, portfolio managers, internal and external counsel, compliance, borrowers, and all other authorized parties affiliated with loan documentation

%26middot; Through excellent attention to detail and thoroughness, provides a premier client experience across all client engagements

%26middot; Works closely with other teams within operations and throughout the bank to enhance current processes

%26middot; Participates effectively in assigned projects

Job Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements:

%26middot Bachelor%26rsquos Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience

%26middot Minimum 4 years of financial industry experience required, including 2 years of bank operations and/or client service experience preferred

Essential Skills and Abilities:

%26middot Ability to organize and prioritize work assignments in a consistent manner to ensure timely and efficient execution

%26middot Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

%26middot Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred

%26middot Keen attention to detail and understanding of loan process/system and applicable lending requirements

%26middot Analytical problem-solving capabilities

%26middot Strong work ethic and ability to be self-directed

%26middot Ability to work effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced, team-oriented work environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
