Responsibilities of the System Integrator include:

• Trusted team between Gov't Product Manager and Lead developers to ensure that end-to-end capabilities the development teams deliver are seamlessly integrated and interoperable.
• Manages projects to ensure timely production of quality products aligned to requirements.
• Consult with clients to understand and determine software requirements.
• Collects, analyzes and suggests short term and long term budgetary activities.
• Tests software functionality and design concepts.
• Engages in working groups to streamline costs, determine risks and gaps and offer strategic support.
• Evaluate and analyze high profile projects.
• Oversees project performance to identify areas requiring adjustments like portfolio rebalance.
• Interfaces with Government engineering and senior management teams.
• Works closely with 3rd party vendors /service providers on all touch points including upgrading applications and production support issues.
• Provides end-to-end project management support of the lifecycle.
• Maps resources to projects to provide management insight into resource utilization.
• Applies program management principles to improve project implementation, reporting and internal metrics.
• Oversees and performs change management activities.
• Provides expert counseling and support to the development team on construction and maintenance of robust, secure and efficient applications.

Qualifications for the System Integrator include:

• Active TS/SCI (will upgrade to CI Poly)
• 4-8+ years of related Systems Engineering or Systems Integration experience
• Experience in systems administration with Linux and Windows OS
• Experience with AWS services, API development, automation, containerization
• Knowledge of security and accreditation processes
