Job Description:

Join the Human Development (HD) team for Intelligence Community (IC) agency as part of the Learning Management and Support Services (LMSS) program. This role serves within the College as a primary customer interface for multiple stakeholders supporting learning activities.

Responsibilities

  • The Registrar team provides leadership and oversight to all aspects of NGA student enrollment, course and classroom scheduling, and classroom maintenance activities to enable the NGA College mission.

  • Services include: Human Resource Information System (HRIS) actions; analysis of metrics; policy development and governance; operations supp instructors; customer service; and marketing training opportunities to the workforce.

Qualifications Required:

  • Active top-secret clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI)

  • Required to submit to counterintelligence polygraph

  • 5+ Years customer service to include scheduling, administrative, and enrollment actions

  • 3 years Human Resources Information System (HRIS) experience

  • Ability to work independently - email and phone support

  • Data entry experience desired

  • Bachelors or Associates degree in Human Resources or related field

  • Technical support experience

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving experience
