As a Traffic Consultant for our customer communications programs, you will play a pivotal role in helping ensure that our outbound communications flow efficiently through the creative and development process. You will act as the central point of contact and coordination, guiding projects through the creative and development lifecycle while maintaining a laser focus on delivering high-quality outputs within established deadlines.
Responsibilities include:
Establishing & maintaining an efficient communication workflow process (email, SMS/EMS, Push, direct mail, in-app messaging).
Creating and maintaining detailed schedules, set deadlines.
Coordinating between campaign managers, creative resources, backend systems, audience development, HTML production, QA/Testing, and other groups based upon availability and priorities.
Routing approvals, tracking and communicating changes, and ensuring final versions are put into production.
Meeting with campaign managers to understand new project details as well as providing status updates on existing portfolio.
Communicating and helping resolve any issues.
Monitoring projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly.
Maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy while juggling multiple priorities and projects.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Four or more years of project management experience in Marketing or Software Development.
Experience with and knowledge of project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Smartsheet).
Experience with creating status reports and reporting on key performance indicators.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
PMP certification or related certifications.
Scrum master / agile project management certification and experience.
