Leading the Strategic communications, branding change communication, engagement and experience programs for Corporate Systems Group(CSG) and will serve the objectives of the team’s function in the following work streams.
Executive communication - impeccable communication skill to translate the organization vision and leadership into engaging communication
Handle internal branding and leadership communication
Be a skilled creative thinker, technical writer and storyteller
Communicate to a diverse, global and regional audience
Make strategic recommendations to executives in terms of content strategy
Work closely with the TAG team to identify and leverage external award and speaker opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Create compelling business cases to support award nominees effectively, aligning with strategic brand objectives.
Conduct SWOT analysis to identify employee strengths and areas for improvement, motivating and leveraging strengths to strengthen the brand.
Raise awareness about patents and foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the organization to drive brand differentiation
Develop and implement strategies to strengthen CSG branding both internally among employees and externally in the market
Scout for potential Vz web articles and authors, review and obtain Sr director approval, and coordinate with corporate communications for publication to enhance brand visibility.
Develop engaging content for biweekly internal newsletters, incorporating updates on projects, employee spotlights, experiences, and innovations to attract and inform employees.
Regularly update newsletter formats and content to maintain interest and increase readership among employees.
Collaborate with designers on editing to produce quarterly video highlights that showcase organizational achievements.
Promote awareness of personal branding among employees with various activities.
Assist leaders in enhancing their LinkedIn profiles and online presence to amplify individual and organizational branding efforts.
Provide leaders with compelling content, insights, and guidance to secure external speaking opportunities, enhancing their visibility and influence
Where you'll be working:
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
Good articulation and presentation skills for turning out impactful communication and campaigns for the portfolio
Experience in creating newsletters/readouts at executive/portfolio level
Excellent Collaboration skills and ability to work in a team environment
Ability to manage priorities , meet deadlines and work well with in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Knowledge of Google suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google sheets, Google slide)
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of experience
Five or more years of relevant work experience.
Exceptional proficiency in the English language and demonstrated experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can captivate readers with storytelling
Superior attention to detail with an eye of accuracy.
Ability to adapt and respond to difficult questions and issues.
Ability to work both independently and within a team environmentStrong problem solving and decision-making skills
Master's degree in Communications, Mass Communications, Marketing Communications, Journalism or related field.
Experience working as a Branding & Communications specialist for Executives In any IT company is preferred
