PLATFORM SOLUTIONS In Platform Solutions (PS), we power clients with innovative and customer-cantered financial products. We bring the best qualities of a technology player and combine that with the best attributes of a large bank. PS is comprised of four main businesses, underpinned by engineering operations, and risk management:

  • Transaction Banking, a cash management and payments platform for clients building a corporate treasury system
  • Enterprise Partnerships, consumer financial products that companies embed directly within their ecosystems to better serve their end customers
  • Merchant Point-of-Sale Lending, a platform that provides custom credit financing for home improvement merchants to offer directly to their customers
  • ETF Accelerator, a platform for clients to launch, list and manage exchange-traded funds

    Job Summary & Responsibilities

    • Have an understanding of basic banking with an emphasis on cash flows of money movement processes: incoming/outgoing wires, outgoing ACH, outgoing checks, internal transfers, and suspense breaks
    • Must be comfortable interacting with multiple firmwide stakeholders at different levels such as Risk, Compliance, Legal, Treasury and Technology
    • Ensure assigned case work, queues, and reports are completed within the specified SLAs
    • Assist in identifying areas of improvements and work with stakeholders to execute those changes
    • Escalate issues timely, and comfortable speaking to upper management on tasks, processes, and areas of improvement

    Basic Qualifications

    • Operations, or customer service experience
    • Understanding of basic banking, check payments, wires and ACH 
    • Strong analytical skills, and problem solving ability with a risk and control mentality 
    • Self-motivated and proactive team player, who takes ownership and accountability of projects
    • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and able to prioritize competing tasks
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    • Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment  

     Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior experience in banking, payment, wire, or cash movement in an operational or banking environment
    • Proficiency with MS Office
