CORPORATE & WORKPLACE SOLUTIONS

Consisting of Corporate Services and Real Estate (CSRE) and the Office of Global Security (OGS), our teams drive productivity and enable the firm’s flow of business while ensuring its safety and security. TEAM & ROLE OVERVIEW

The EMEA Hospitality team sits within the Workplace Experience pillar of the Corporate and Workplace Solutions division.  We have responsibility for the commercial & operational oversight of the firm’s extensive Hospitality support requirements. This includes:

Managing a portfolio of services under Hospitality (broadly covering reception, conferencing, food services and ground transportation) 

Selection, management & oversight of the third-party vendors who perform our operational services

Ownership & control of a significant regional operating budget.

Active engagement with key stakeholder across the firm (primarily from the revenue-producing divisions), to ensure our services are continuing to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Supporting the provision & strategy of various technology tools, used across our operations.

Risk management & incident remediation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop functional expertise across our portfolio of Hospitality services, in order to support business requirements, contribute to our service development strategy, and actively influence our commercial decision-making. 
  • Assist in overseeing the EMEA Food Service program, ensuring it remains in line with the firm’s expectations, is benchmarked to industry trends, and is competitive to our peers. Monitor KPI performance and facilitate third party audit and mystery shop programmes.
  • Work closely with Food & Beverage Lead on seamless execution of the Food Service Program in across the region, including retail operations, client catering and the pantry program
  • Support seasonal menu and brochure planning. Manage client communications regarding changes and innovatons
  • Work with the firm’s vendors to drive continuous improvement across the operation, including culinary innovation, marketing campaigns, technology-led initiatives and incentives
  • Foster a culture of excellence and customer service, by ensuring standard operating procedures are documented and adhered to
  • Ensure customer feedback is reviewed and actioned promptly and appropriately, and implement any required service improvements or operational adjustments 
  • Support of key Technology enhancements including the uplift of Meeting Room and Visitor platforms
  • Assist in uplift of overall experience in the Conference and Reception space
  • Help drive the future ESG strategy. Support ESG initiatives and provide reporting on progress towards public commitment to ESG goals. Assist with streamlining and automating reporting.
  • Maintain the risk management plan fpr the region
  • Support with management of regional office hospitality offerings (i.e. new office builds/refurbishments, local catering contracts, etc.)
  • Manage regional hospitality billing and approval process
  • Support with annual budget for EMEA.      Collaborate with Finance on monthly accruals and actual expenses for all service lines.
  • Act as delegate for all  EMEA VROs (vendor relationship owner) liaising with Vendor Management Office and Risk teams

     

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balance priorities and work across multiple teams.
  • Strong communication skills – including the ability to write reports, develop presentations, and communicate postings & recommendations to divisional leadership.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Innovative mindset that is acutely focused on improving the workplace experience. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to interpret, manipulate, consolidate and present data from disparate sources
