CORPORATE TREASURY
We're a team of specialists charged with managing the firm’s funding, liquidity, capital and relationships with creditors and regulators. Corporate Treasury manages the firm’s financial resources and minimizes interest expense through liability planning, asset liability management, and liquidity portfolio yield enhancement. The division is ideal for collaborative individuals who have strong quantitative analysis skills and risk management capabilities since Treasury actively manages the firm’s financial resources which are constantly changing due to business activity, markets, risk appetite, regulations and other factors.
Business Unit Overview
GS Bank USA is a NY state chartered bank accepting deposits, lending to individuals and corporate clients, transacting in derivatives, and investing in community development programs. GS Bank is a primarily ‘virtual’ bank, serving clients around the world with no retail locations. As part of the Corporate Treasury Division, the Bank Controls and Monitoring Team works very closely with the Corporate Treasury division, various Global Banking and Markets teams, as well as Compliance, Legal and Internal Audit to ensure the Bank is being properly monitored, regulated, and controlled, while also looking towards strategic ways to continue to grow the Bank.
Bank Controls & Monitoring Team
Bank Controls & Monitoring (BCM) is a high-value risk monitoring, reporting and infrastructure strategy team within the Corporate Treasury Division. BCM is responsible for providing, maintaining and monitoring an overall effective control environment in relation to various Bank and Federal regulations. BCM also works closely with Bank Leadership to define the appropriate support models for strategic bank initiatives, and to define the strategies for identifying, developing, and controlling commercial opportunities.
Your Impact
You will actively engage in new and exciting commercial and control initiatives within Corporate Treasury relating to GS Bank. BCM is looking for professionals who will work with teams within the Corporate Treasury Division as well as partner with outside divisions to help ensure overall compliance to bank regulations, including but not limited to Reg W and Reg K, and also contribute to different strategic and commercial Bank initiatives.

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $130000-$260000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.Benefits
