The Opportunity:

CACI is looking for a Cyber Security Analyst to support the Data Transport Product Support Sustainment Logistics Maintenance (DSLM) contract. This position will be focused on adhering to industry standards, regulations, and internal policies to protect data and maintain security to workstations, servers, storage, and networks supporting the Satellite Control Network (SCN). You will be responsible for implementing and applying technologies, processes, and practices designed to protect networks, devices, programs, and data from malicious attack, damage, or unauthorized access. You will have the opportunity to influence and inform customer design decisions, assist in planning for the long-range sustainment of the SCN, implement agreed upon designs, and, when required, support operational issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate network device and information security incidents to determine extent of compromise to national security information and automated information systems.

  • Maintain network device and information security incident, damage and threat assessment programs.

  • Configure and validate secure systems, tests security products/systems to detect computer and information security weakness.

  • Assists in the development and management of an architecture governance process.

  • Identify vulnerabilities and disruptions before they cause severe damage.

  • Design and implement plans of action and milestones to remediate findings from vulnerability and risk assessments.

  • Develop and document the support for implementation for changes to technical standards.

  • Install and configure systems at customer locations (approximately 25% currently anticipated).

  • Assist in every day troubleshooting at the lab environment set up to mimic the SCN.

  • Coordinate closely with cybersecurity, networking, software, and test engineering teams.

  • Maintain and submit documentation in accordance with Software Maintenance Action (SWMA) Procedure.

    Qualifications:

    Required:

  • Must be a US Citizen

  • BS Degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of directly relevant systems administration experience including hands-on experience with Windows or Linux.

  • VMware 6.X and above, Microsoft Server 2016 and later, NetApp Storage Systems, Linux

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration, Windows File Servers, IIS, DHCP and DNS

  • Experience with VM, DMZ, Firewall configuration / auditing, networking or performing cyber assessments on network devices.

  • Cybersecurity experience IAW DISA STIGs

  • Have excellent communication skills

  • Be a self-starter willing to seek knowledge and broaden their understanding of their areas of responsibility.

  • Have exceptional time management skills and ability to switch between project tasks effectively.

  • Experienced in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite including Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

  • Ability to obtain Security+ within 90 days of hire.

  • Security Clearance (Or ability to obtain)

    Desired:

  • Cybersecurity Tool experience (e.g., ACAS, ESS, SIEM, Tanium)

  • SCN and/or DoD experience

  • Agile software project methodology

  • Understanding of SWMA process

  • Industry related certifications

    The proposed salary range for this position is:

    $57,500-$117,900
