Job Description:

The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a software engineer to integrate legacy applications and data into the newer, customer applications and maintain a web-based front end application in an AWS environment hosted on our government customer's infrastructure. This position is part of a team of developers who create and maintain several mission applications aimed at improving the integrity and usability of our client's data. Candidate should be a self-starter and possess a willingness to dive into new technologies when appropriate. Agile methodology is used.

Responsibilities:

  • You will participate in daily scrum meetings

  • You will troubleshoot complex problems and assist customers with application and system issues

  • You will use your programming skills to automate and bring efficiency to client applications

  • You will be able to understand user requirements, articulate their requirements and bring solutions to implement the requirements

     

    Qualifications:

    Required:

  • Current TS/SCI w/ Poly US Security Clearance

  • 10+ year of applicable industry experience

  • Strong programming experience in Java, Spring Boot, Angular

  • Implementing in an AWS environment

  • Strong and effective interpersonal skills to interface with a variety of customers to translate requirements into design and development approaches

  • Ability to understand requirements and develop those requirements into solutions partnering w end users

  • Ability to research, prioritize, analyze, problem solve and work several tasks concurrently with minimal supervision

  • Experience writing in a Linux environment

    Desired:

  • MongoDB

  • AWS/CDK/CloudFormation

  • Ansible

  • Experience with accreditation and testing requirements

    Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
