The Digital Marketing organization is building a MarTech practice aimed at changing the way we deliver personalized marketing experiences at scale across all journeys at a rapid pace. The future of modern marketing is data driven and places technology at the core. The enablement practice within Digital Personalization & MarTech is focused on creating transformational experiences by equipping various stakeholders with the capabilities and feature functionalities that next-gen technologies have the ability to deliver.
As a Senior Manager for Digital Personalization & MarTech, you will be responsible for implementing a personalized journey across the digital platform. This starts with creating a campaign strategy based on analytics, business requirements and identifying relevant messaging and journeys for the prospect visitor.
You will be responsible for developing an analytics framework for the sizing and measurement of all projects including on-going health management of launched experiences. In addition, this role will provide analytic insights to highlight opportunities for optimization to maximize revenue.
You will have the mindset for continuous improvement to identify automation opportunities. You will work with cross-functional teams to determine the best potential solutions, and socialize the final approach with stakeholders. You will also be responsible for identifying and leading future-looking opportunities to address tangible feature and functionality gaps or pain points, owning the onboarding of solutions, and overseeing the implementation from Proof-of-Concept/Pilot phase through to successfully full-scale deployment.
Responsibilities include:
Developing and managing the campaign strategy for prospect personalization primarily for Verizon.com and evolving into cross channel journeys.
Overseeing the optimization of the campaigns to maximize revenue.
Developing and managing the analytic framework for Site Personalization.
Evolving the campaign operations to maximize efficiencies through identifying automation opportunities, writing business requirements based on use cases, and working with the technology teams to completion.
Designing solutions using a Customer-Centric approach.
Managing the “best practices” guide based on enablement capabilities and associated PoCs in project stakeholders.

You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of experience.
Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Knowledge of Digital MarTech platforms and the overall digital ecosystem.
Experience in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams (digital channels, sales, product development and communications) to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall project objectives and timelines.
Experience directing the work of others in a matrixed environment.
Experience introducing innovations to an existing process and “out of the box” thinking mind frame.
Experience working in data analytics, utilizing quantitative skills.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
An MBA or Advanced degree in Digital Marketing & Marketing Technology.
Experience working with an Agile team for technical development.
Experience creating business requirements for technical teams.
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
Digital experience, digital marketing, and digital product management either in a business, agency, or consulting organization.
Experience working with a service provider (i.e. phone, cable, internet, insurance).

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $115,000.00 and $213,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
