General Summary:
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and driving yield improvement across wafer sort and final test.
- Managing/ coordinating ATE readpoint and analyzing parametric shift for ESD/LU and HTOL.
- Supporting ad-hoc activities across yield improvement, new Business Unit (BU) request, re-qualification, parametric matching.
Requirements
- Experience in statistical data analysis using JMP and Excensio and familiarity with different type of charts.
- Experience in Digital ATE Test Program coverage on structural, leakage, performance and parametric tests.
- Exhibit good communication skills and working with cross functional teams internal/ external to Product and Test Engineering.
- Experience with ATE test platforms will be good advantage.
- Knowledge of Semiconductor Physics and IC Electronic (MOSFET, Capacitor, Resistor, Inductors, FinFET) are a must.
Education Requirements
- Master’s in Electronic Engineering
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.OR
Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
