We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Sales Director to lead our team of Enterprise Sales Managers, overseeing the protefolio of existing enterprise customers across the ICE region.

Meet our team:
You will report directly to the VP, General Manager Central Easter Europe and Israel, and manage a talented team of five experienced Enterprise Sales Managers based in Poland, Ireland, and Israel. You'll collaborate closely with various internal teams like Customer Success Management (CSM) and Inside Sales to achieve ambitious targets and deliver exceptional customer service. This highly strategic role has a direct impact on both our customers’ and PayPal’s success. Our Sales Managers build long-term relationships with their clients, becoming trusted advisors who guide their growth strategies and offer the right solutions and services.

The region, CEE and Israel, encompassing approximately 30 countries with significant growth potential and a strong hi-tech orientation, is where you will make your mark. In this role, you will lead the execution of Existing Enterprise Customers’ Sales strategies, driving PayPal’s corporate objectives and commercial growth across the Enterprise space. Your leadership will ensure sales execution and effective strategy-building through smart analysis and data usage.

Your Day to Day:

In your daily role, you will:

  • Drive Success: Achieve sales team targets and productivity goals, fostering a culture of continuous performance improvement.
  • Innovate: Build and nurture a creative, innovative sales approach while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead Operations: Handle forecasting, reporting, quota assignments, and other operational aspects of the sales process, optimizing PayPal’s business development and sales strategy.
  • Inspire and Develop: Lead, coach, train, mentor, and monitor the sales team, helping them achieve personal targets and team goals.
  • Collaborate: Build strong relationships with various stakeholders globally to drive efficiency and achieve results.

What You Need to Bring:

  • Proven Success: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales revenue goals and productivity metrics.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience in the Payments space is a significant advantage, or a proven track record in B2B sales within an enterprise tech environment is essential.
  • Analytical Acumen: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to build strategies based on data, driving P&L, and devising creative solutions.
  • Leadership and Vision: A hands-on mentality with exceptional people management skills, capable of inspiring your team with drive, energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong ability to build relationships across key stakeholders, crucial for achieving goals.
  • Fluent English: Proficiency in English is required.
  • Experience: 10+ years of sales experience and 8+ years of leadership experience.
  • Education: A college degree or equivalent work experience.
