The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Director of Hardware Production for the C-UxS Division under our Spectrum Superiority line of business (LoB.) In this role, you will lead a team of 15 individuals assembling and testing roughly 900 LRUs per year in support of a $40M annual production effort.

Responsibilities:

- Management and leadership of the C-UxS Hardware Production Team based in Sterling, VA.

- Oversee assembly and testing of roughly 900 new LRUs per year and the updates and repairs that go with operating electronic equipment in harsh conditions all over the world.

- Work closely with the Engineering Team and Program Managers to manage hardware design documentation, plan production work, and deliver assembled LRUs and systems to program teams for soft ware integration and acceptance testing.

- Provide remote troubleshooting assistance for various Program FSRs and customer operators for the entire CORIAN family of systems.

- Manage RMAs and warranty repairs.

Qualifications:

Required: 

- 5+ years of experience leading hardware production / assembly efforts for Department of Defense projects, specifically those involving complex electronics and RF equipment

- 10+ years of experience in a hardware production / manufacturing environment

- 5+ years managing a team of technicians performing assembly tasks

- Ability to obtain a security clearance

Desired:

- Manufacturing / production or engineering bachelor's degree

- TS/SCI security clearance

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$131,700 - $289,700
