General Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to lead Commercial Channel Marketing for Global and North America. In this role you will partner across the Qualcomm team to create programs and initiatives to drive our diversification business and front line marketing activities with our Commercial Channel and OEM partners. We are leading the PC AI revolution and looking for a strong leader to create best in class marketing relationship across the Global and NA Commercial Channel Marketing ecosystem.

You will act as a player coach directly executing and owning a broad range of critical components of your marketing strategy focused on top partners, accounts, industries, and segments for the commercial segments.
Commercial Channel Marketing Responsibilities:
- Oversee Global and north America commercial channel partner marketing relationships, including distributors, resellers, and retailers. Collaborate with global marketing teams to create channel-specific marketing collateral, campaigns, and promotions.
- Develop Marketing framework and programs with the channel to help determine what helps set the product apart from others. Identifies data-informed short-term and long-term marketing strategies, evaluates tradeoffs, and prioritizes the creation of deep collaboration and trust with customers, partners, and the field.
- Partner with our Channel Sales Teams to develop co-marketing motions with top partners and support MDF process. Develop joint marketing plans with channel partners to drive demand generation and sales. Ensure timely execution of programs in channel and monitor channel performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize partner success.
- Work with global and regional sales leadership to prioritize countries and channel partners and build a marketing plan for each. Produce a monthly commercial channel report covering relevant market insights, sales and promotional results and up-coming actions. Monitor channel performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize partner success.
- Commercial Channel Event Marketing Leadership - Build a strategic plan to support channel partners and to Identify priority channel events and incorporate into marketing plan. Work across the marketing, sales and product management teams to align on strategy and supporting event activities for Commercial Marketing. Integrate into the overall QC global even strategy, support the work of the broader team to deliver on event enablement. Work with the QC Marketing and PDM teams to identify relevant QC content for presentations. Manage post event metrics and event performance for reporting for optimization of strategy and linage to business results.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Ensure seamless communication and alignment between sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams. Actively thrive and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.
- Lead a small but mighty team to help accelerate the leadership of Qualcomm and Snapdragon marketing in our Channel relationships. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within channel marketing teams. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing channel marketing and sales enablement programs, tools, and processes. Strong thought leadership, influential communication skills, and a capacity to guide and direct field-facing initiatives
- Collaborates horizontally and vertically with internal stakeholders to gain buy in and alignment and solicits input regarding priorities and resources needed to deliver desired outcomes for capitalizing on industry trends across the product portfolio. Contributes to the creation and alignment of internal incentives programs and KPIs.
- Proven effective project management capability in a highly-matrixed, customer-centric organization

This is an office-based position located in San Diego, CA and is not eligible for remote work.
This position will require the ability to travel - estimated 30-40%.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 10+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High school Diploma or equivalent and 12+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective channel enablement and channel strategies. Proven results focused marketing efforts driving channel leadership and brand recognition.
- Strong understanding of PC industry trends, products, and competitive landscape including emphasis on the B2B buying processes and lead generation and nurturing tactics and tools.
- Experience leading Commercial Channel marketing programs engagement with a proven track record and expertise in building best-in-class programs and relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with sales, marketing, and executive teams. Drives partnership with sales team and other teams engaging with the customer (e.g. partners, services, customer success, engineering support, etc.).

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$175,000.00 - $262,000.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.
