Job Summary
Responsible for the accurate filing of all regulatory report for Raymond James Financial (RJF). This role operates with a high level of autonomy, uses extensive knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to prepare regulatory reports in compliance with the Federal Reserve Board (FRB) and other regulatory bodies. Establish and manage regulatory reporting governance and control program. Compiles comprehensive reports and prepares packages for senior management and executives. Regular contact with senior management and other internal customers is required to identify, research, and resolve accounting issues and provide comprehensive solutions to complex problems or needs. Interact with Regulators during on-site examinations.

%26middot; Develop a sustainable operating model for RJF regulatory reporting governance and controls, which includes regulatory interpretation, change management and quality assurance.
%26middot; Oversee process for identifying changes to regulatory reporting instructions
%26middot; Prepare and review regulatory reports including, but not limited to FR Y-9C, FFIEC009, FR Y-14, and FR2052a.
%26middot; Maintain frequent and regular communication with various business units to discuss any changes in business practices, contracts or agreements or new business items that may impact the financial or regulatory reporting for the business unit as required.
%26middot; Review, evaluate and implement process improvements, as appropriate.
%26middot; Work with Treasury, Finance, IT, Operations, and other departments on various firm-wide projects.
%26middot; Coach and mentor associates, identify training needs and approve development plans.
%26middot; Interface regularly with regulators and other constituents.
%26middot; Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

%26middot Bachelor%26rsquos Degree (B.A.) in Accounting, Finance, Business, Statistics, Economics or related field and a minimum of fifteen (10) years of experience in finance, accounting, analytics or reporting with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a management role. Experience with large financial institutions subject to the FRB%26rsquos LFI requirements is a plus
