CACI's is looking for a Supply Chain Systems Director. This strategic position reports directly to the SVP Supply Chain and Purchasing and will be part of the Corporate Supply Chain leadership team.
The Opportunity:
This exciting role will assist in the development of Corporate-wide Supply Chain strategies that facilitate and support the rapid growth and financial objectives of the Company. This individual will be particularly focused on leading and managing the key Supply Chain related tools (PLM, MRP, QA) needed to execute those strategies.Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the on-going implementation and long-term sustainment of a common MRP systems across the Company.
Provide subject matter expertise (SME) support to the enterprise-wide PLM MRP implementation project, including:
Leading the Source to Receive Process Area
Defines requirements for this process area (including necessary changes to P2P to support the MRP tool implementation) – Critical for any future Source to Receive tool enhancements
Reviews and adjudicates reported defects to determine functional resolution
Works ServiceNow trouble tickets that are functional in nature
Develops Training for Source to Receive capabilities
Leads testing for any new Source to Receive capabilities
Training Coordinator
Is the MRP Training lead, working with the training team to identify required courses and assign development of courses to individual Trainers
Develop a MRP training development and maintenance strategy
Schedule Virtual Training Sessions
Coordinated with Corporate Training Team to host Training in CVU and posted updated recordings as they were complete
End User Communication
Manages Infor Teams Channel
Manages/Maintains Infor Knowledge Page
Sends out Release Notes
Sends out System Outages
Sends out guidance for Production Cutover, as required
Provides On-Site Post Go-Live Support for new site cutovers
Assists in the development and/or modification of Company policies and procedures related to the company MRP and related tools.
Support the implementation and maintenance of an approved Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS) for the corporation
Develop, mentor, and manage a team of SCM systems support personnel
Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business, or related field
Minimum of 10 years related work experience in Supply Chain Management or closely related field with a preferred emphasis in manufacturing and/or product development in support of federal government end-customers.
Strong understanding of MRP tools (SAP, Oracle, Infor, etc….)
Strong understanding of contract manufacturing and supply chain processes and technologies, including lean manufacturing, process improvement, logistics, quality control, and costing. Ability to drive and deliver operational excellence.
Self-starter, capable of developing and achieving organizational and business objectives with the ability to successfully interface with all levels of corporate, sector and functional management through a combination of diplomacy and tact
Experience understanding global supply chain dynamics and their potential impacts on the company’s manufacturing capabilities and the ability to meet customer commitments
Understanding of government regulations (i.e.: FAR / DFARS, ITAR / EAR, TINA, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.
U.S. Citizenship is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems
Master’s degree
Active Top-Secret clearance
Experience working with INFOR PLM and LN
Experience working with Ivalua Procure to Pay (P2P)
Experience implementing corporate wide MRP tool
Knowledge of ISO-9001/AS9100, CMMI, and strong understanding of MMAS

The proposed salary range for this position is:
