Qualcomm Engineers collaborate with cross-functional groups to determine product execution path.Job description:Qualcomm is looking for a memory technologist who has strong background on DRAM design and memory architecture. The candidate’s role is to explore and develop most competitive memory solutions for future products in mobile, compute and data center. The candidate will work closely with process & package technology, SoC design, architecture and product team as well as external memory suppliers to identify the right technology solution and bring it to mass production. This role requires the candidate to be able to benchmark various memory solution KPIs and how they interact with SoC interface. Manage technical interactions with the DRAM & IP vendors.Skills/Experiences
>5 years experience in DRAM circuit design and architecture
Familiar with JEDEC standard and roadmap, fully understand DRAM datasheet, latest DRAM design challenges, such as LP5/6 and HBM.
Deep understanding of memory test, redundancy and repair methodology is must.
Experience in Wide IO & HBM DRAM is a plus
Excellent communication skills and strong team player
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
