We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Data Steward to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of data governance practices, policies, and standards, with a proven track record of managing and improving data governance programs. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
You will be primarily responsible for the following activities but not just limited to these
Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive data governance framework, including policies, procedures and standards
Establish data quality metrics and ensure adherence to data quality standards across the organization
Collaborate with data stewards across different departments to enforce data governance policies and resolve data-related issues
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies regarding data privacy and security
Develop and maintain data lineage documentation to track the flow of data across the organization
Establish and maintain cross-functional working relationships with other IT groups (including Production Support, Cloud Admin Team etc.) and key business stakeholders
Generate regular reports on data governance metrics and present findings to senior management

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer with Hands-On Experience in implementing Push/Pull Message Queueing (Data Distribution) solutions on Cloud Platform
Bachelor’s degree or two or more years of experience.
Two or more years of total IT Experience including One or more years of Cloud Platform Experience
In-depth knowledge of data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK), data quality management, metadata management, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
Proficiency with data governance tools and platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Work closely with business units, IT and other stakeholders to align data governance initiatives with business objectives
Well versed with Agile Development Methodologies
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Identify, assess, and resolve data governance issues promptly and efficiently
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Relevant certifications such as CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional) or similar
Experience on GCP Cloud Platform
Knowledge of Cloud Orchestration & Workflow scheduler Tools
Knowledge on Reporting tools like Looker, Qlik etc.
Experience in analyzing large amounts of information to discover trends and data
Experience with Data Quality and Performance Tuning
