 We are seeking a talented and motivated Engineer consultant with experience in SAP FI and more precisely Record to Report to join our team.

What you’ll be doing...

 As an SAP ERP Finance Functional Consultant in IT Corporate Systems group, you will be a functional lead for SAP Finance are in strategic and transformation initiatives such as 1ERP. 1ERP is a multi-year program to consolidate various ERP platforms into a single ERP platform to drive efficiencies. The primary function of this role is intended to take a broad-based view of business processes across core functional domain for both US and global business entities. The primary responsibility will be to leverage your deep understanding of the core processes of Finance. You will deliver best in class out of box capabilities through planning, analysis, design and leading development teams to realize the business processes. These will be enterprise-wide business processes centered on SAP S/4 HANA ERP platform and spanning across other SAP and non-SAP systems.

This role will interface with business partners, system integration leads, and development lead in order to fulfill the stated primary goal.

●        Requirement Gathering, Configuration, Prepare Test Scenarios and Test Scripts.

●        Preparing Functional Specifications, cutover strategies and issue resolution post Go Live.

●        Creating and tracking SAP OSS notes and working with SAP to resolve issues.

●        Preparing reports and training materials, training personnel, and delivering presentations.

●        Implementing SAP Best Practices Business Processes, Global templates, and configuration of these Best Practices.

●        Identifying as-is processes and to-be processes and Map Business Processes in SAP S/4 Hana System

What we’re looking for...

You will need to have:

●        Master degree in Commerce/MBA Finance /Chartered Accountant & four or more years of work experience.

●        Four or more years of relevant work experience in SAP FI-RTR

●        Experience working directly with SAP Finance Processes on the SAP S4/HANA.

●        Experience working on at least one full life cycle implementation projects including at least 1 Implementation experience in S/4 Hana. Good understanding of Finance business processes at high level

●        Experience in End-to-End configuration skills in SAP Finance and Record to report on S/4 Hana.

●        Experience working directly with SAP Finance Processes on the SAP S4/HANA.

●        Experience working on at least two full life cycle implementation projects including at least 1 Implementation experience in S/4 Hana. Good understanding of Supply Chain and Finance business processes at high level

●        Experience in End-to-End configuration skills in SAP Finance and Record to report on S/4 Hana.

●        Basic FI Enterprise Structure Configuration – Company code, Functional area, Segments and assignments to Company code and Controlling area

●        Basic understanding of Operating Concern in COPA module

●        Basic FI Configuration experience in the following areas- Chart of Accounts, Fiscal year variant, Posting period variants, Controlling area element settings, Basic Cost center accounting, Profit center accounting, Internal orders, Cost accounting

●        Ledger Concepts and Configuration

●        Foreign Currency valuation and foreign currency translation

●        Month end and Year end closing activities

●        Document Splitting

●        Worked on interfaces

●        Worked on preparation of Functional Specifications

●        Working knowledge of Fiori Apps

●        Coordination with ABAP team for any development work

●        Have experience in preparation of Training documents and end user training

●        Worked on integration touchpoints between GL and other modules

●        Understanding of Cost center distribution and allocations

●        Knowledge and experience in FI and CO Master data elements like GL account, Cost centers, Profit Centers etc.

●        Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions within established timelines.

●        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to propose innovative solutions.

●        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

●        Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

 Even better if you have one or more of the following:

●        SAP certification in SAP FI or related areas.

●        Experience with SAP In house cash/Group Reporting.

●        Familiarity with agile methodologies.

●        Experience with strong integration knowledge with middleware, SAP security.

●        Strong communication and leadership skills.
