Location: Remote, Office

Amount of Travel Required: 0% - 25%

Work Schedule: Mon- Fri 8am – 5pm

POSITION SUMMARY:

As Engineering Technician, you will use your technical knowledge in conjunction with your detail-oriented experience to ensure all client-requested Post Job Reports (PJRs) and associated data are sent to the client on time and error-free. Help improve PJR automation efforts by using tools at disposal.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Understand the meaning and accuracy of all required entries in each PJR template.
  • Understand the differences needed on PJRs and associated data for each customer.
  • Understand the expected timeline of PJRs and associated data for each customer.
  • Work with various teams to identify PJR/data issues from the customer perspective and solve it.
  • Utilize multiple PJR processes to ensure all PJRs and associated data are received on time daily.
  • Understand the automation process for PJR and troubleshoot issues that arises on a daily basis.
  • Leverage PowerBI, Power Automate (Flow), and Python or other scripting tools to enhance efficiency in PJR automation.

Qualifications

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Successfully passes background check, pre-employment drug screening, pre-employment aptitude and competency assessment(s).
  • Possesses a valid U.S. Driver’s License.
  • Daily in-person/remote, predictable attendance.
  • A basic understanding of hydraulics and mechanical power
  • 4+ years of experience with frac monitoring softwares such as FracPro, Iconics, Axiom, Canary, and Komodo
  • Ability to perform pre-job and post-job calculations
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Multitasking, interpersonal communication, and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL:

  • 4-year technical degree or equivalent technical experience.
  • Hydraulic fracturing experience preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, AND ABILITIES:

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, Power Bi, Power Automate, and other digital tools.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently or with minimal direction.
  • Ability to effectively multitask and pay attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Remote: Work from home and utilize docking station and monitor in a home office. EVO Office: Work at one of EVO's offices (Houston, Midland, Southwest PA, etc.) If needed.
