Executive Office:
The Executive Office plays an integral role in setting and advancing Goldman Sachs’ corporate strategy, and in preserving the firm’s distinctive culture. We are responsible for safeguarding the firm’s relationship with alumni, clients, shareholders, policy makers, and the broader public, while ensuring that our own people remain informed about the firm’s evolving priorities. We also partner with the businesses to source high-impact opportunities in line with the firm’s sustainability priorities.
The Office of Corporate Engagement (OCE) leverages our capital, people and innovations to help address economic and societal challenges, catalyze markets and transform communities. The OCE is seeking an exceptionally organized analyst that will work directly with senior leadership, managing their complex business operations and strategic initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's time and priorities through meeting preparation, and follow-up
- Draft and edit speeches, talking points, and remarks for various internal and external speaking engagements
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders
- Streamline operational processes and create efficient systems for information flow
- Manage special projects and conduct research to support strategic decisions
- Collaborate with team to maintain consistency in OCE’s messaging across all platforms
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting, business operations, project management, or communications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience in speech writing and executive communications
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business productivity tools
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $85000-$110000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
