General Summary:
Effectively manage and support the operational delivery of facilities management to all properties within Sweden and potentially others within EMEA region. This includes the day-to-day delivery of facilities services, the delivery of health and safety compliance and maintaining the continuity of support to our stakeholder groups. Supporting the regional Facilities team and onsite team with the day-to-day delivery of facilities services. First point of contact for operational requirements.
Has good understanding and knowledge of FM related systems which supports Facilities Management ensuring compliance with related and relevant legislation and all statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Supports the day-to-day running of the buildings and facilities, providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers promoting the profile of the facilities team.
Management of facilities management services to meet service level agreements and to ensure safe operation of machinery and equipment for sites.
Effective delivery of a planned preventative maintenance and reactive services, managing the approved contractor procedure, invoking quarterly reviews of contractor performance.
Responsible for assisting with EH&S delivery across the portfolio ensuring compliance with current and future legislation. Ensure appropriate environmental, health and safety records are kept.
Assisting with tender documentation and reviewing prospective contractors in line with the approved contractor process. Raise and manage purchase order process where required.
Provide project management and construction support on refurbishment and relocation projects.
Liaising with external bodies such as landlords, local planning authorities, maintenance contractors etc. for ad hoc projects
At times, provides scheduling, notification and coordination with other Facilities Engineers, buildings and business units as it relates to construction, repairs or maintenance.
Has knowledge of Commercial Building Control Systems (HVAC, Lighting, BMS, Fire etc.), which includes operations, troubleshooting and installation practices.
Support space management design, management and allocation. Ability to read, write and add drawings on CAD.
Provide ongoing emergency cover outside normal office hours.
Maintain compliance with article 12 GDPR video surveillance for all sites
Pro rota on-call requirement
Working with relevant stakeholders to maintain compliance with Tisax/ISO certifications
