About this Role
R.R. Cassidy is seeking a people-focused, highly organized Resource Coordinator to join our team in a critical support role within our deep pile foundation operations. This individual will serve as the central point of contact for coordinating field employee schedules, maintaining accurate workforce planning records, ensuring ongoing compliance with safety certifications and assisting recruiter with recruiting and onboarding needs.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively across teams, and is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities with a high degree of accuracy. This role is key to helping our operations run smoothly by anticipating and responding to ever-changing project and manpower needs.
What You'll Do
Assist the recruiter with all aspects of field recruiting and onboarding
Maintain and distribute the weekly crew schedule for all field employees
Coordinate daily with General Superintendents to ensure schedule accuracy and effective manpower allocation
Keep the Manpower Chart updated with new assignments, hires, and changes
Lead weekly manpower meetings to assess current and upcoming field staffing needs
Maintain a log of safety certifications and notify employees of any upcoming training or expiration dates
Coordinate safety training sessions for new and existing field employees
Record meeting minutes and distribute summaries to attendees in a timely manner
Gather, format, and send weekly job progress reports to the Executive Team
Keep personnel records up to date in Procore's Resource Planning tool
What You'll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in construction field operations, HR support, or scheduling strongly preferred
Excellent communication and follow-up skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Proficiency in Procore, Tenna, and Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and adapt to shifting manpower needs
A proactive mindset with a team-first attitude
